Membership and billing

Paid plans are expected to be processed through Whop. Final pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, access, and founding-member terms will be governed by the checkout terms presented at purchase and the final Chaseimo Trades policies.

Account and community conduct

Members are responsible for their own Whop and Discord accounts, must comply with applicable platform rules, and may not abuse, scrape, resell, republish, or circumvent access controls for paid research content.

Intellectual property

Chaseimo Trades branding, Sentinel research reports, proprietary scores, original analysis, visual design, and original research materials remain protected intellectual property except where expressly stated otherwise.

No warranty

The website and research materials are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, profitability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular investment purpose.

Changes

Features, prices, schedules, channels, and research outputs may change as Sentinel develops and as compliance, data-licensing, platform, or business requirements change.
